Dance Teacher - Introduction to Dance, Commercial, Jazz and Ballet
Lauren started dancing at the age of 3, studying Royal Academy of Dance Classical Ballet, through this she performed with companies such as The Royal Moscow Ballet & English Youth Ballet.
Lauren developed her training at The Institute of the Arts Barcelona, completing a Foundation Diploma & BA Honours Degree in Dance, specialising in Ballet, Jazz, Commercial, Tap, Hip-Hop, Contemporary and Musical Theatre.
After graduation she had the opportunity to accept a contract in Disneyland Paris, as a character and dancer in the parade and park.
Lauren then moved into Hotel entertainment and had the opportunity to travel through Europe to train, dance and choreograph in locations such as Greece, Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Since returning to Northern Ireland Lauren has taught as a freelance dance teacher with multiple Dance Academies developing her teaching career, Lauren has worked very closely with Active Dansa in Lisburn since 2019. Lauren is currently the co-owner and principal teacher in our sister dance school based in Belfast, Dansa The Studio Belfast.
